This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received. My wife used this Enterprise for a car after an accident... Boy was that a mistake. After the insurance company and collision center covered the costs, we continued to receive bills. After talking to several employees and even the manager of this branch, we were told over and over that is was taken care of. Surprise... We still get the same bill monthly despite being told it was handled. Best part: It is now a negative mark on our credit and these clueless individuals continue to claim it’s taken care of. I would never recommend using this enterprise, unless you’re looking for a humongous headache and incorrect bills. This has been happening since October and they still have yet to truly assist in any way. Stay Away!!!

Excellent service that accommodated my immediate needs. Mason Sutton (Management Trainee) demonstrated his skillful knowledge and managerial expertise in dealing with me, the Customer.
The Site Manager also provided continuous personal and professional service until the end of rental contract. I have gone to this site previous years, but it is obvious that this Team works to make sure Customers receive "Quality Assurance"!!

I wish I could give them less than a star !?
Enterprise is a terribly organized company and incapable of correcting their billing. 
I got in a minor car accident. While my car was in the shop I had to use a rental car from enterprise. All rental car bills for that one day should have been taking care of by the shop. BUT Enterprise keeps sending me bills of over a $100 saying that I would owe them. After 8 calls and 7months I still receive their freaking bill. Even though their manager sent me 3 emails, telling me that I have no financial responsibility and that they will take care of it . Well,........they still haven’t ...after 7 months !? Seriously ? 
Of course I called again and again but this issue has not stopped... They are probably going to ruin my credit next... what is this company !!!!!!

We decided the morning of a trip to rent a small SUV for our camping trip because it was a tight fit in our Camry with all of our equipment.   I called Enterprise and reserved an intermediate sized SUV.  I arrived 30 minutes later and was driving away in another 15 minutes with the rental.   It could not have been easier.    They gave us a vehicle with 39 miles on the odometer.  Returning the SUV on Sunday night after closing, we had to park in from of their garage door due to lack of parking spaces.   They could use a larger lot.   We would rent from them again.   Efficient and pleasant transaction.

The staff here is GREAT!  All are friendly and helpful.  Made a stressful situation much less so.  Thanks to all!
