I WAS GREETED BY JULIE AND MICKEY, SALE REP. AFTER ARRIVING AT LA MESA RV.  I  WAS INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT A NEW RV. AND OTHER INFORMATION. JULIE INFORMED ME THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD THE RV I WAS INTERESTED IN. ALSO ENJOYED SEEING MICKEY AGAIN!  THANKS AGAIN TO ALL!

Our experience was horrible! Bottom line they tried hard to push us into a blind sale of a used RV with no warranty, no inspection & NO due bill. The second we said that we wanted to purchase the RV, we thought that we could check it all out, open slides, flush toilets, open up cabinets etc. but they immediately rushed us to sign papers & drove it off the lot to a body shop for over a month. Our sales man walked off & no one would return our calls as to what was going on with fixing the RV but the upsetting part- they did continue to call harassing us to come sign purchase papers & pull our credit even though they had no idea of the RVs condition or whereabouts.. Praise God, we only put a deposit & not full purchase.. THEN  because they were not letting us look it over or create a due bill, we said we wanted an inspection for our own warranty. James in financing stated that "We are just waiting on you to come sign the purchase paper THEN AFTER that you are welcome to have your 3rd party inspection." This went on for a month & the entire time the RV was at an offsite repair shop.. we were not given any customer service support or updates.. "I" had to continually call them and no one had any idea what was going on with the RV. In the end we refused to purchase anything from La Mesa RV. We did finally receive an apology from the manager & I feel bad that they don't have their act together but for us it was an awful experience,  especially compared to our actual RV purchase that we made with General RV.. customer service is night & day!

This is the worst RV service center in the entire state if not country.  Unfortunately i purchased a new RV from them and was treated poorly the majority of the process. Not to mention the several items wrong with the RV and their lack of care to fix those items. I will never go back. Worst buying experience ever.

These RV's are drug all over the valley and get very beat up. Good luck getting it fixed back up. The service department is a disaster. Lack of communication and lack of accountability. Takes months to get a brand new RV back in several times to get even the smallest things fixed. Then you have to leave it for weeks. Truly, buy elsewhere.
