Kevin did such an excellent job with keeping me informed as I got my car serviced. They also washed my car for free which was so kind since it was covered in road salt and dirt. Would highly recommend

I purchased a F-150 through their end of model year promotion.  I contacted the dealer via their website prior to arriving about a specific vehicle on the lot.  Justin Uram got in touch with me in short order and we scheduled a date and time for a test drive.  Justin was waiting when we arrived and had the truck inside the building on a cold and wet day so my wife and I could take a look at it without getting soaked.  We purchased it the same day - everything went well and we feel good about the deal that we received.  It was a low pressure sale, which I appreciate.  Everyone we dealt with from Carlos (general manager) to Kevin (finance) was pleasant to deal with.  The truck did have a small dent in it, which Baierl took care of.  Their facilities are new and very clean.  I would definitely recommend Justin and Baierl to friends and family.

Temperatures have gone below zero for the past week. Linkages and door latch cables tend to freeze and mine came loose on the 2010 F150 I bought four weeks ago. The passenger rear door would not open. Safety concerned and awaiting prompt service, I was in and out at the Baierl Truck Center at no cost to me and under an hour. The free cleaning of the truck was a nice touch. Not bad, guys. I’m not traditionally a Ford guy, but, this gets me a little closer.....5 stars for the service, still a bit concerned about the door.

I am at the quick lane at Baierl Ford.
Listening to Mike talking to other customers and with the same demeanor with me....I am so glad to see that he doesn't push service not needed.
    Mike told a customer that his car would need brakes the next time for inspection instead of pushing a sale for Baierl to install new brakes now. My vehicle service was also handled with me,the customer,in mind.
    As a back yard mechanic,I would have made the same decision....I am "honest"with my own car.Thanks for the same honesty. Also Jen was helpful and friendly.
