This place is wonderful if you want to walk around and not be bothered. But, if you are a serious car buyer with $ in your pocket ready to drive a new car off the lot, be prepared to walk around some more hoping to find someone to help you. Perhaps I showed up during lunch hour for everyone. Lol
Oh well, went to North Hills Toyota and the staff was wonderful, not pushy, and very helpful. Best of all, they had better prices. Drove a new car off the lot same day. Thanks North Hills :-)

Overall the visit was very positive. Our salesperson was very kind and helpful. The person who completed our financial paperwork was very helpful and informative. Nobody was pushy or rude during the day. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Never thought it would be so hard to buy a car. Since when did it become a crime to ask for a better deal on price. Have to schedule "delivery" (purchase) a week in advance? The sales rep is uneducated and inept. The sales manager is a surly and rude know it all. The General Manager complained of hurt feelings when I displayed my displeasure with my experience and then walked off. This place was a disappointing waste if time. I hope Lithia knows their corporate buyout got them an albatros.
Update: When I got home I called to talk to GM to finish conversation. He shirked phone call with promise to call back but left without doing so. So I spoke to sales manager. Still unwilling to accommodate my schedule. Refused possibility of a shuttle even after boasting of doing the same during sales pitch. Ultimately he hung up. Ridiculous.

I purchased a 2017 4Runner from Cliff and the sales experience was excellent. This is my third Toyota purchase from Baierl(I live an hour and a half away) and from negotiation to closing the process was seamless and transparent. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and not overbearing. Cliff went over every function of the 4Runner before I left and was genuinely thankful for the sale. I highly recommend Baierl for your future Toyota purchase.

Employees at the service center were excellent. Set up a drop off appointment for regular service without any issue and got my car back fully serviced in due time. As a first time customer I'm Pittsburg, I was amazed to see that they were not upselling me anything beyond my needs. They also tried their best to minimize the cost since I'm outta free service period. Wait time is almost none. I am lucky that I don't have to go through the different stations for better service and I recommend this service center to anyone who's feeling hasitant about the servicing.
