Very Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns. They went above and beyond what I expected and did the right thing. I had a warranty issue that another dealership belittled me and said that I didn't know how to read the factory warranty. North Star Buick GMC went though the proper channels and righted a wrong. Thank you so much! I will definitely return to your Dealership. Life is good!

As a faithful customer for the last 17 years or so this will be my last visit to this dealership. The dealership in the last year has replaced every employee with less than desirable people to work with. The new general manager (Keith A) should not be in his position he has a poor customer service attitude and runs away and hides when a customer confronts him. I asked for the owner and was told he would call me but a week later and still no phone call. The funny thing is that as I was leaving the few remaining employees that still know me asked me to make sure I told the owner how the GM acted . It is sad that a dealership is willing to lose a long time loyal customer because they made a bad choice for an GM. Also. A different dealership quoted me Less for a lease on a 2018 Terrain Denali than North Star did on a SLT. A car that is $5000 more expensive is cheaper at a different dealership that I have never done business with but a dealership that I bought 7 cars from doesn’t want my business anymore and insults me with a ridiculous price on a car. I doubt that anyone will read this and feel sorry for the employees that have to work under the new GM Keith A. You used to have a great dealership that I told everyone about. Now I will be telling everyone about your dealership but for the wrong reasons.

The service advisors were friend and professional. However, the service manager is a different story. He was rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my car that happened last time I had the car there, I was told that it would be fixed. When I discussed this with the service manager, he said that he wasn't employed there at the time of the incident and he wasn't sure he could fix it. Meanwhile, I was already by the service department that it would be fixed with no problem and to talk to a manager next time the car was in. I was told that he was going to contact the owner and get back to me. Two days later, I still hadn't heard from him. I contacted the owner myself and was told that it was going to be fixed. The general manager, Keith then contacted me. He was very nice at first, but, turned out to be ignorant and completely unprofessional. When he was told that he just lost 4 dedicated customers, his response was, 'That's OK. Everybody uses that as leverage. I'm going to tell my cousin, aunt, sister not to come here.' He did not care that he had an unhappy, unsatisfied customer. I will be writing a letter to the owner, the regional manager of GM, the BBB, and the FTC.
