This was beyond a great experience. It was not a nerve-wracking experience at all. Christina is the BOMB!!!! George was able to get my rate lowered more than it was when I walked in!! Thank you George!!!!!! It was worth every step I took with them. I definitely will come back and I'm telling everyone that needs a car to go online and apply!!!!

Went for an inspection and oil change after they did that,  and the rip off 4 tire alignment that they recommend everybody get my bill came to over 200 and when I got home after the car pulling right the whole way,  my 2 left side rims were scratched. I have not called yet as the service dept is closed already. This is just a rip off the no haggle but we will make u think u need everything else. Will update
UPDATE: They have "fixed the rims and the alignment" only reason I am giving any more stars is the pleasant front desk woman. Still will be dropping the extra coverage and never going back.

Great experience all around! Christina was amazing to work with! Fast, friendly,  courteous,  and just all around a pleasure to work with.  I would not only recommend CarSense but also Christina!

Bought a car there, and had a great experience. Super low pressure, but they try to close the deal, so be aware of that.

I bought a used Infinity G37 and process was very smooth.  CarSense in Cranberry had a great selection of cars and they were very easy to deal with.  I worked with Christina Angelus and she was very helpful and responsive.  I will definitely get my next car here.
