1st time taking my car for service and the last one. My car wasn't ready by the time they said it was going to be, I called and didn't get a call back, until the 2nd time before they close. Because it was time to close they were rushed to get out of work, making me feel like I was holding them. After I paid, the service guy gave me my keys and asked me if I had any question, whitout even telling me what they did to my car. To top it off, a car wash is included with every service, looked like I got a half wash done, and found mud inside on the driver side from their shoes. Now I don't even know if they did anything to my car. I had bought like 3 cars from this dealer because i like the sales department, but on the service department they need to work on better customer service.

By far the worst experience i have ever had in a dealership. The level of incompetence its just beyond anything I thought possible. After keeping me in there for 5 hours i walked out of there without a car. I kept on asking what the hold up was and they kept saying that it was just paper work but that i was already approved and even gave me the keys to the car. Turns out i was not approved and they were just having fun running my credit fishing for banks.

They were the first dealership to call me back to replace recalled parts after I had been on a waiting list for months. They also were able to drop me off and pick me back up from my house even though I was out of their driving range. That was awesome! The shuttle driver (Cesar) had great service, was super friendly, and really made the ride fun.

Worst customer service I've ever gotten. I would give it 0 stars if I could. We were "helped" by the manager. It makes people not come back. Mitsubishi should look further into who they hire. 1 unhappy client will tell everyone not to go there which then loses clientele and money.
