Poor quality of work with the Service Department. 1. Had tires rotated, went home with wrong Lug Nuts. 2. Replaced cabin air filter and improperly reinstalled glove compartment. 3. 90% of the time, after service is done car will have grease handprints and stain in the interior. 4. Advised battery was ok, 1 week later, battery went dead at home. 5. After recall service, car sustained interior scratch. They offered to replace but wrote a report that its customer's fault. 6. Service manager JP rude to customers. Just an advice, pls point out your car's condition prior to work. Or better yet, go somewhere else.
