I went through a lot trying to find a car. When I seen a post by Jesus I went ahead and reached out to him. We spoke and agreed that the most important part was getting approved. So he got me approved for a car that was more than likely my cap in terms of getting approved. I liked a Altima that he had just gotten on the lot. He handed me over to Duane. And Duane was very Insightful and factual while also not pressuring me at all. I decided this was the vehicle I wanted. And it has been a great vehicle since. I appreciate everything they provide from a car buyers prospective. I felt like they weren't  trying to just make a buck. They really were trying to help me find a match for my needs. Thanks Guys. I hope nothing but success.

I had a great experience with Duane! He was professional, thorough and most importantly Genuine and kind. He worked with me and really understood my situation and did everything in his power to help me and succeeded. I’m grateful for him.

I was a first time buyer and they were nothing but helpful for my first time experience buying. Helped me and my girlfriend out getting a car and being approved. Duane helped us get through the process and they are very helpful and answer any questions that I may have. I recommend this place if you are looking to get a car.

I was greeted and treated with respect concern and welcomed throughout the process. I felt that my best interest was in the best interest and a priority to Jesus and Dwayne. I would recommend Star Auto Group to anyone looking to get a new used vehicle and would not hesitate to return myself for another purchase.
