Purchased a Jeep back in March, this is July I just received the title. I have asked numerous times about when will the title get here and to make sure that there is no lien on the Jeep as I paid cash for it (Wire Transfer). First issue, paying cash for a car you get no respect nor do you get anything extra. I wasn't looking for anything but I figured they will actually take care of me since I was planning on sending it to Hawaii and I wanted all the issues to be resolved here. Took numerous calls trying to get a bill of sales or some sort of documentation stating that I own the vehicle so that I could ship it out. That took about 6 weeks to get. Next, I received the registration and I called them to have them change it because there was a lien on the vehicle. They advised me that they will take care of it and I asked them to make sure that the title will reflect the correct information (NO LIEN HOLDER). Well that didn't work! I didn't receive the new updated registration (don't need it now) and the title came in after waiting several months (Today). The icing on the cake is that the title came in an envelope wrapped with a plain white paper and sent regular mail not even certified or any type of tracking. Not to mention that the complete address was missing so it took the post office about 1 month to finally track it down to me. It seems as if once they got the money they just totally forgot about customer service or relationships between dealer and customer. This has been the worst experience ever! I always tried to stay positive but after this type of treatment it will be very hard to trust them ever! I just contacted the dealer via there online chat, I am waiting for there response so that this can be taken cared of.

My wife, kids and myself went in to view the Acadia and look at purchase options. We were quickly greeted by a nice guy who look at many different versions and was very helpful. Once we found the option we liked is where our experience went down hill quickly. We were passed off to another guy who took information from us, and at the same time we asked for a simple price breakdown. They kept saying yeah, we are working on it and after 30-45 minutes never even got a simple breakdown. During this time they gave me a form and said sign this. I asked what am I signing and they said they wanted to run my credit -- I did not sign. We asked again for simple breakdown and never received anything. It was at this time, we were tired of getting passed around and not getting a simple breakdown of options, so we left.

This place is a joke. Called in a.m. to get sent a link to preapproved finance app. They gad difficulty sendi.g it all a.m. but difficulty calli g me to come on down yer grom the grn ingo u have given us it looks good. I go down there. They finally run my credit. Then stull sitting there two hours they say go on home we will call u. I go home...i call at seven..three hrs later..no return call ..i call at eight oh we still dont.know call ymro...wtf. Then i looked at the google.reviews and guess its a blessing it didnt.go thru. I called nxt a.m. n told em.forget it. Not how to run a biz guys.

Took my 2015 Sierra HD Denali in for a brake job back in the first of the month. They dropped it off the lift. This is the end of the month and I still don't have my truck although I did make a payment for this month. They wanted to give it back with no frame inspection (are you kidding). I invested $100,000 in this vehicle, $75,000 from the dealer and $25,000 in upgrades. My truck had no damage before coming to this dealer, as a matter of fact, I was very proud of this truck. Now almost a month later, not only is my truck still at the dealership but they don't seem to care about getting it back to me. This is an extraordinary situation but I'm being treated like a regular customer waiting for weeks to get my vehicle back. I am copying this survey to use as evidence because if my truck isn't back to me in the same condition as I gave it to them I'll spend a lot more than $100,000 to make sure that other customers after me won't go through the same experience.
