My Chevy volt got a rock in its radiator while on a long road trip far from home. I brought it here (I'm from Minnesota) and, although I had to bring them the service bulletin # (don't blame them for not knowing, foreign damage is almost never covered under normal warranties), they agreed to fix it under warranty. They initially told me it would take up to a week, because the parts would take 3 days to arrive. They ended up having the car for about 28 hours, and it was all free. A great service department. Art was great to work with.

Our car quite literally died in a drive thru and we needed another vehicle ASAP. We came in late afternoon and were able to leave with a used Sonic 2014 for a good price and sensible financing. They also gave us the full warranty and service plan, which I finally took advantage of today. The service department quick and professional, and their waiting area has nice comfy chairs if you stay and wait. After getting the dealership treatment, I think my wife and I will avoid the other chains and just get our service here from now on.

Treated fairly. Given appropriate advice and service suggestions. Timely service. Warranty issue over failure of a newly was handled quickly and correctly. Was able to meet with and offer detailed information to technicians to solve part failure. Technicians were supportive and listened readily to my input which aided in the resolution. I felt treated as a team member instead of an 'in the way' customer by all service personnel. Freddy my service advisor was excellent during all of the efforts your team provided.

Service staff was simply great, friendly, welcoming, awesome attitude, and overall just great people. They answered all of my questions, and took care of my minor vehicle issues. They even washed my vehicle at no cost. Definitely recommend them.

Great communication and honest salespeople. The staff at Ron Baker Chevrolet are welcoming and personable. Salesman Rafael has gone the extra mile to help us get the car that we both wanted and suited our needs. Special shout out to James in finance for being upfront and honest about financing options - a welcome change from the shady dealings we've had with finance departments in the past. Thanks to Pablo, Javier, Rafael and James for a pleasant, no-pressure cat buying experience.
