I was treated with respect here.  This is where I bought my car and now continue bringing my car for service.  Today I had my oil changed, the transmission service done, car software upgrade due to recall  ( which they told me about without prompting) and tire rotation.  Total was $138.85.  So great place good service , good prices.

People are friendly and they got a few smart technicians. One Honda dealer ship pulled my circuit relay ship under the dash causing my car to automatically shut off when driving 70 on the freeway. The tech here caught potentially deadly problem. The other Honda dealership missed. I'll vouch for these guys good integrity.

The place is huge so knowing where to park my car on the lot was confusing at first. I pulled into a driveway where a salesman asked what I was there for. When I told him that I had a question about a possible recall on my car, he realized that I wasn't there to improve HIS sales and he rudely shooed me off telling me to get off of the sales lot. He was an older Latino man with a mustache, so beware. I eventually parked my car and entered the service area where two ladies behind a desk were really nice and told me to speak to anyone who was free at a desk. I spoke with a man named John who was really respectful and helped me with my situation regardless of where I bought my car at (which was at an unauthorized used car dealer) and booked me an appointment for a recall service. I also asked him a question about my key fob which had an issue, we couldn't fix it on the spot because we needed tools so he pointed me to their parts shop. I went to the shop and the staff there were helpful! My key fob only needed a new battery and it was a simple fix. I'll be back a few days after this review and am looking forward to their service again!

Hands down, the best Honda dealership in the south bay. Look for Sam Sheik if you want an attentive, knowledgeable, and sincere sales person to get you the Honda or vehicle you deserve.

Lots of nice cars to choose from, but I'm not a Honda guy I drive a charger. Happened to be there with a friend, but they had nice cars if your into Hondas lol.
