High quality establishment. Always impressed with the quality. My wife goes to the spa all the time and is very happy. They always give our dog treats too when we walk by. Location is great since it is on the water. Wit and Wisdom is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore.

Great location, views, amenities in the vicinity. The spa services were great although no indoor pool but the heat services were much appreciated especially on a weekend where the winds were in excess of 40 mph and the temperature below 45. The staff was very polite and responsive. The room was well laid out with all the accoutrements for a comfortable weekend stay. Also have good room service service so you don't have to venture out if you don't want but if you do there are plenty eating choices around.

Went to Wit and Wisdom for a work happy hour. Had a happy hour drink and a meat plate. The cocktail was good and surprise cheap for the four seasons. I don't recall the name of the drink but it was basically a Moscow mule but made with bourbon instead of vodka. The reason I only had one drink was because the bartender never got around to asking me if I wanted another even though I was there for two hours. The meat plate was not very good in my opinion; many of the meats on the plate were overly salty. Maybe they were supposed to be like that? I do not recommend the meat plate.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We went for my birthday and it was wonderful. Valet service was so nice, just call down and my car was warm and ready when I get there. Because it was my birthday there was a dessert and birthday card waiting in the room when we checked in. I also got a free dessert when we had dinner at the restaurant Wit and Wisdom. My risotto was just ok, but my husbands steak was amazing. I also tried the spa and that was amazing as well. You can pay for several different services, but the spa also has a complementary sauna, steam room, vitality pool (lots of jets with in water seats), and relaxation (heated) lounges. It was so cold during our stay that I visited the spa several times. For my birthday I also received a complementary glass of champagne while visiting the spa. Our room had a harbour view and I got some great sunset photos. The room was very spacious, but I do wish it would have had coffee and tea rather than just an espresso machine. The bathroom was large with separate small toilets and shower areas in addition to a bathtub.

I just love the spa there. I do my best to go monthly for reflexology with Mario. Mario is exceptional and extremely professional. My experience thus far, with the staff is over satisfactory. They are professional and courteous and very warm. Jaleesa (spelling) has made me feel comfortable since day day. I honestly, am convinced I can get reflexology cheaper at another location, but I pay for the extras (sauna, hot tub, steam room, etc) and the CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps me going back. I certainly get what I pay for at Four Seasons Spa in Baltimore.
