Did not realize this was an ER until I was taken back. Told the nurse it was not an emergency situation and she informed me I was going to be billed anyway. I had 4 X rays of my foot taken and told I had a sprain. I just received a bill for $1366.00 worth of charges. I paid $250.00 which they required immediately, and I am left with an almost 500.00 bill after my payment and insurance. They are charging excessively over what insurance deems allowable. Shame on you for robbing the poor citizens of Jessamine county. Furthermore, I tried to post this review with zero stars and it would not post.

This place is a joke. I wouldn't even take a dog here to get treated. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this ER, especially, Dr. Jim Blake. This doctor has been the only physician I have seen over the course of several months to listen to my symptoms and actually do everything in his power to figure out what was wrong. Due to the tests that were given to me, I now have an answer and a plan of care. I could not ask for better professionalism or care.

Worst ER experience ever. Not only was the wait 5 hours (with no warning to long wait times),but my sick son was discharged without being given intravenous fluids ordered by the doctor. They called me an hour later and said they messed up and asked of we would like to come back and do it. No thanks. We'll go elsewhere. I'll never go back to this hospital. Not only that,but by the time we made finally made it out of there,the pharmacy was already closed. Waste of our whole day.
