Reviews in this thread are evenly mixed. I have been going to the store for years and have never had a problem. But recently I using the insurance on my phone to get replacement. And they told me to do it myself on line. They told me it was because of a policy change. So not really their fault. I have always had friendly service. But try to go on the off hours because there is usually a wait

Went by there today, must have inconvenienced them. After wanting to purchase a new phone I could get either one from behind the counter or put there own phones down. I remember back when Will was managing that store it was great, the customer service now sucks. I will changing my service very soon. Looking forward to 2018 with a new phone company.

First time going in the store today, had ro get my number transferred from another company. Lucy greeted me as soon as I walked in, she got right on it and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I also asked her about a crack on my screen, she informed me that theg don't repair there but I can go to UBreakIFix and mention them for a 10% discount. Overall, satisfied with this location and looking forward to going here for any future matters with my phone.

Had to get a replacement because my phone(lg g4) stopped working on Sunday. I called to make sure is it's there on Friday, come to find out they got the phone and sent it back to the warehouse so i have to wait longer for a replacement
