Great store and experience! Every staff member throughout the store was friendly and helpful. Rodney in the Men's tailored department has been especially great, as has the Master Tailor. I bought one tuxedo shirt and have had a few blazers altered. Everything has been delivered on time and communication has been stellar. I've tried a few other department stores in the same area, and none come close to the service and selection of this one. Glad to have found it, and now it's my go-to

The people that work here don't know their products or how to properly communicate what colors and sizes they have available when you call in, before going to the store.

This is a beautiful store with a gorgeous staff and wonderful service. I was with a gentleman friend and we were purchasing a fragrance for him. He was dead set on buying the fragrance he's worn for years.Belle, the person who helped us, made some really wonderful suggestions about a new fragrance. He was actually pleased with one of them and has agreed to purchase that one and went ahead and purchased the other fragrance. They didn't have that one in the store so Belle is making sure that it gets sent to him. A very lovely shopping experience.
