I like Old Navy, and usually buy gym clothes there as they are good quality and are very inexpensive. The SF store is huge, and in a great location.

Their selection of men's clearance was probably the largest I've ever seen  at any Old Navy store. Found some great deals. The checkout line was long, but the cashiers were fast and friendly.

I needed to use the restroom walking down Market Street and I walked into Old Navy and asked staff if they had a bathroom. They were super nice and showed me to the restroom. I ended up buying some pj bottoms on sale for $7 which I think is great deal. Despite the long lines and holidays, the customer service is friendly and quick.

The store is very busy and not many staff on the floor or behind the counters. When I went to pay for my items the staff member processing my sale missed removing two metal tags from shirts. Then when the tags failed to come off easily he smashed it against the counter and tried again to remove it, he repeated this process multiple times. The shirt then had a large hole where the metal tag had pulled at the fabric. Not impressed.
