Full of racists. One of the staff approached and asked me out of the blue if I am looking for heels. He assumed I should be looking for heels supposedly because I am short. What an amazing customer service! The other referred to me as “short Asian” cause they thought I don’t understand English. Never want to visit again.

The staff there is so polite and nice. The person star talking to us and show us all discounts around. Also she said if we present foreign ID we will have another 10% discount.

I don't often write reviews, but when I do it's because I've received outstanding or terrible service. Unfortunately in this case its the latter. The Gap employees that helped me could not determine the price of an item in their store. When I went online to find the price, I found the item. I'm not sure what resources these employees have to look up pricing but I would assume the internet is one of them... 

I ordered the item online and 9 days later the order was cancelled twice, the first time for unknown reasons and the second time because the item was no longer available. Gap employees did not help at all and my first time trying to buy from this brand couldn't have been worse. To top it off, only 1 of the 4 items I wanted to see where actually stocked in their "flagship" store. I will be avoiding this brand and their stores moving forward.

Down town location. Big store on ground floor so easy to walk in for quick shopping visit.

Awful place... Never ships out the apparel I ordered.  Their phone number is a joke - The phone has never been picked up.  There is no way to communicate with this store.  Worst shopping experience.
