I originally went in early July to have a rechargeable battery replaced for a piece of equipment which they have previously replaced at this store twice before. All details of what they used are on the battery pack. I was told their tech was out on emergency but that they would get the parts and call me back. Several weeks went by and heard nothing so I stopped by again only to find that no one had written any notes and nothing had been ordered. They found my information in the computer from a previous order and said they would be sure to order parts and call me back. It's now Aug 24 and still no word so I called. The person answering the phone seemed clueless and asked someone else if they knew anything about my battery. Then he said that a shipment just arrived and that if I would give them an hour or so to open it and see. Really?  I've never had so much trouble trying to get a simple replacement. I don't have time for this terrible customer service. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I paid over a hundred to get my iPhone 6 fixed they fixed it but after a while it had glitches the the led light broke , I didn’t drop it and the screen was not cracked , I took it back and they couldn’t fix it for free because my phone wasn’t their fault. I took it to my sisters friends dad he opened it up and there was loose screws , not screwed in, and pieces of iPhone glass in it, because of the screws and iPhone glass in it it cause my battery to blow up , when he took my screen off my battery completely blew, my iPhone is completely broken and not usable!

I recently purchased a motorcycle battery, via internet (great price), to pick up later that day In-Store... Gunbarrel Rd.

I received a phone call (very friendly and apologetic) approximately one hour later, advising that their location actually did not have it, as originally expected... Would have it in by the following day.

The following day, I was able to pick it up as expected. In-Store staff was friendly and helpful (thanks guys), and pick up went smoothly.

Gave 4-stars due to the chosen store not actually having the battery as expected. Otherwise, 5 all the way.

I have not used this battery yet, but I fully expect it to perform as well as other motorcycle batteries I have purchased here before.

Had the laptop battery I needed in stock. I have always used Duracell batteries in all my test equipment & lights with excellent results. Battery is preforming perfectly in the HP laptop I use at work. I would defiantly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs. Quality products at a fair price.
