The manager Andy was terrible. I would rate it 0 if I could. I went to exchange a game I had bought the same day that had a counterfeit disc. He refused to exchange the game and made me feel like I was a criminal. I understand they can’t verify the validity of my story, but with all the money I’ve spent there recently they should have realized I was telling the truth. Not giving them my business anymore. Go anywhere else but here.

The main reason for going to any best buy these days is to try out TVs and Stereo equoiment before you buy it. If you're lucky, maybe finding some cheap out of box items. Otherwise, you're paying more for the convince of the item being there that you could more than likely find for cheaper online. I was approached twice by two staff members who did make sure I was find what I needed so that is a plus.

Went into the store after doing research online to buy a streaming media device, specifically the Nvidia Shield TV. Their price was the best that I had found and I wanted it that day, not in a couple of days. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Not thrilled with service. I had to find one item myself and make employee aware of it's location. Then we just came home and ordered our new computer on line as the staff handling that section didn't seem interested in helping when we told them our top dollar amount to spend. which was less than a $1000. The employee literally told us they had customers spending real money waiting. we walked out and will not go back

I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get a billing issue resolved that was caused by Best Buy ( l haven’t found anything close to BEST - price ? Service ? Billing ? Full disclosure? etc ...) CitiBank’s Records aren’t in sync with Best Buy ! The Best Buy app is horrendous ! I do 95% of my transactions online ; l know how App’s are suppose to work ! I think Best Buy deliberately makes it difficult to work with their App because, let’s face it , they’re not interested in return business ! When l finally reach a person , they sound annoyed from the start & l can imagine their finger hovering over the transfer button . I’ve found the documentation l need to resolve my issue ! ? ! My first attempt to callback the person I was talking with, on the special # she gave to me - went to the GEEK SQUAD. He had no clue & forwarded me to the Front Desk . I let the phone ring 25 times - no one answered .
