Great staff, but you usually can find better prices elsewhere.

The staff here get five stars.  They are great, very helpful and knowledgable.  But the prices like many brick and mortar stores are not the best you can find.  But if you're in need of an office supply right away, they are available with reasonable hours.  Even a customer arriving minutes before closing is treated with respect at this location.

I bought a HP desk top in Nov. 2014. I brought it back for service 4 times before I was finally able to get it home. Jan 2015. Incompetent staff. Was sold Sugar synch, been paying, auto update, but comp. finally died.
Got new and Sugarsynch hasn't updated since day I bought it.
Bought cloud (Sugarsynch) service and Additional 2 yr service. Computer crashed and couldn't be fixed. 
Absolutely no confidence in Staples.

I do like the store it is a very clean and the Isles are not all smashed together so you have to squeeze between things; so it's always very neat. The staff, I'm unsure about. I have only had to ask for assistance very few times, because usually everything's pretty easy to find.

I went in to get printer and the person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable... I am very please with the store service! 

I don't know what the people below is talking about... I have always had a good experience there.

My visit today was to find a gigabit switch for my wired Internet devices. I worked with a store rep who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up getting just what I needed and it worked perfectly.
