The lady was very rough and her words were very harsh, I only need to activate an unlocked device but her matters were of a 2 years old. She even sneezed three times on my device without covering her mouth.

The folks at T-Mobile helped me make sure I easily transitioned from T-Mobile to another carrier to reduce my bill. There was no issue from them about my needs and they did not cause me any issue while switching to another network based on my financial needs. This level of understanding from customer service is exactly what has been missing. I would gladly switch back to this awesome crew of funds were available!!

Great staff and thank you so much for staying open late just to make sure that all my needs got met during my time of need.

I went to trade my recalled now 7  in and was given a note 7 that was in the original recall. I've been through 4 phones and I'm so mad I can't put it in one little review. I'm still waiting on a replacement phone!

Small store. The employees were helpful but not overly knowledgeable on their phones. Wireless plans are pretty reasonable. Especially with music and video not counting against your data plan.
