Normally I reserve my concern to address with the manager but in this instance I feel the culture at this location is unacceptable. Even when I told them that I was dissatisfied they nonchalantly stated it was the nature of things and that they could not help. As a fellow retail manager I now know why their competitors have an advantage, despite my business being closer to here I will go further away or to Staples to avoid dealing with employees who feel like my business is not valued. Thank you Mary I feel like you could care less and I know your business has felt the impact of poor service and even poorer management.

After being in business for over 27 years and as a business consultant... I find customer service to be of the upmost importance. So, when I needed some copies and asked Mary at the Copy Center I was taken back by the following immediate response, "we can't make any copies till tomorrow evening, even if you just need one". Even if you just need one? Wow. After asking another employee, I was eventually able to speak with the manager (Chuck). I was left with the feeling that I was bothering him by taking the time to voice my disapponitment. Although it is great to be that busy... i do think some customer service/relations training from the manager on down is necessary at this store. I will not be revisiting this Office Depot store at anytime in the near future. I will be taking all my office needs to another store that appreciates my business.
