I brought my phone in when they opened at 10am for a broken screen.   I was told that it would be around an hour and a half. I gave them two hours.  Returned and my Touch ID didn’t work (which worked when I brought it in).  I was then told they needed around another hour.  Waited an hour and returned.  When I returned they advised me they needed another hour.  I left again and returned in an hour.  This time I was told the owner was there and he had the experience to fix it. After 15 minutes the cashier came out and told me they needed about 30 more minutes.  I waited in the store for the remaining 30 minutes.  Finally a worker brought out my phone and told me that they tried everything but they couldn’t get the Touch ID to work. He told me that the owner has a guy in Cleveland and that he would contact me at a later date to bring my phone back to the store. They would then drive my phone to Cleveland and return the same day to be picked up.  Fortunately for me it will only cost me 5 trips around 7 hrs total time and $160 dollars for a cracked screen.  The best part is that the owner was on scene, but stayed in the back for the duration that I was at the store.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service and repairs! My husband has a habit of dropping his phones (in water, on concrete, driven off with it on the top of the car), and every time, they’ve fixed it perfectly, and even recommended a less expensive phone that he couldn’t destroy! All the repairs were more than reasonable, and we always received a phone call if they needed to order a part or if the repairs would be more costly than what was quoted. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and solid repair service- I won’t go anywhere else, and recommend them to everyone I know!

I recently purchased a used Apple phone from a friend and thought it had an issue with the blue tooth feature. I was about to take it to the Apple Store location at Hamilton Place Mall until I read their reviews and they were horrible. I took the phone to CPR on Gunbarrel Rd. and spoke with Martin. Martin was great! He checked my phone and corrected the issue in minutes. I have used this CPR several times and trust them. I will continue to use them based on my experiences there.

I had an iPhone problem that everywhere I checked said could NOT be fixed and Apple wanted to just simply sell me a new device. While it took a bit of time to repair they were actually able to do it!! The cost was even cheaper then the mail in services that I had found online! I will always go here and always recommend these people to EVERYONE!
