Very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable employees. They carry those hard to find odd ball bulbs and batteries for everything from watches to golf carts. They install batteties and perform cell phone repairs!

I took my 2 key fobs in to get new batteries installed.  I was asked if I wanted the lifetime battery for 18.00 each.  I declined because the  old batteries lasted at least 2 years.  They installed batteries in both the fobs, the guy was in the back for about 20 minutes.  When I left, I was driving and the fob fell apart.  I called and was told, it was broke when you brought it in, Ummmm, no because I had never changed the battery and one of the fobs was new.   Then when I checked the 2nd fob, it was broken too.  Obviously the guy did not know how to open the fob, so he just broke the tab.  They would not do anything to help me and then both batteries died within 3 months of putting them in.  I think they have a way to put a quick charge in the old battery and replace it.  That must be why it took 20 minutes to do a 3 minute job.  I am done with this place!!!

My car died in the kohl's parking lot. Walking over and explained my situation and Isaiah was so nice about it. Since I didn't have tools of my own handy he walked with me over to kohl's and helped change out my battery. Highly highly recommend for good customer service if you see Isaiah

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE! I had my iPhone screen replaced December 16 because it was cracked. This past Saturday I went to the store because the screen was in perfect condition, but there was a defect with the glass underlay. The employee said that it was a defect and he hadn't seen anything like it before, but they had taken their last phone fix for the day. He said I could get it fixed Monday, covered under their warranty free of charge. I finally had a chance to go back today. The assistant manager said he would not honor what his employee said and they would not replace the screen for free. I asked if I should come back when the gentleman I had spoken to Saturday was there, he said no. He argued with me and yelled at me very degradingly and mocked me. I would never go to this store again or recommend anyone for their business.
