My husband and I signed up as new customers a couple of months ago, first time with T-mobile and we are very happy with the service we received at this store! We worked with both Brandon's on two different visits and they both helped us port our numbers, get temporary numbers, get new phones, explained their phone trade-in program and promotional offers to us and went over our future bill with us and ETC. Both of them were very honest, exceptionally professional, crazy knowledgeable on everything and very thorough! I recommend this store to everyone I know! I am really confused as to why there is so many low ratings for this store... Every time we go in there, the employees are always busy helping customers and are always friendly to them and us :) Thank you T-Mobile!

Went there today. Their prices are misleading and the rep was just a liar. I asked him at the beginning how much it would cost he told me more than once a specific price after all was done he told me way more for service. I told him to cancel immediately. There is no way I'm going to give any more money to these swindlers. I wish I could remember rep's name so I could put his wicked ass on blast. Don't go here, bottom line they need to hire all new people.

Bad Customer Service . My Samsung Galaxy S7 edge battery expanded . After reading online that is a common issue and taking in consideration that my phone has not even a single scratch, meaning it is in very good shape I decided to take it to the T Mobile store on July 3rd located on Hancock the girl up there processed the warranty with no problem ( of course I have extended warranty) , telling me that they usually do next day delivery, I understood that a Holiday was coming up . I went into the store on the 5th, took about half hour to one of the reps tells me that there is not phone yet (3 days without phone) . I went back again on the 6th and this rep, Brandon Tinsley was so unprofessional, telling me that they will not take my phone and they will not give me the replacement that was already in their hands, had no loan phones, and by then had passed 4 days without phone, asking me all kind of questions like: "Did the other rep spoke with a supervisor?" "Check the phone it maybe has water damage" , to witch i replied: "I do not know, I do not work here, that is not my job telling the rep what to do". He stated that he was not going to back up what the other rep said on the 3rd. No manager at all at that time at the store, was his day off , "lucky me", no person to take decisions. They messed up my account progressing a Insurance claim that I never authorized. I say "They" (because had to deal with two different guys at the time) disputed that the phone had water damage (Isn't the phone waterproof?). However that was not the case. They phone battery got expanded and then the battery started drainage, even putting me in risk on a toxic liquids exposition or even on a potential explosion. But of course these guys had no criteria all at in putting themselves in the customer shoes. And all these happen in from of lots of customers that were there at the store, mistreating me after being a customer for more than 12 years.

Most of the customer service is horrible here. I know this VR thing is a pain, but it was a promotion promised to us as customers. He couldn't be bothered to print out a receipt because he didn't know how to send an email. I waited for it to come through maybe somebody else needed to type the address in for him IDK.
