There was a guy there who was super pushy and lied about a plan. We just wanted to buy our phones out right and he lied to our faces and said he couldn’t help us unless we bought what he said. We called a different AT&T and said that was a lie and was willing to give us a deal

I went in to get an I phone car holder for my vehicle. Needless to say I worked with an associate by the name of Wes. Wes was a friendly associate who convinced me to trade in my I phone 7 for a I phone X. During the process of transferring my phones photos and text messages to the new I phone my pictures of my new born baby girl were lost. Wes did not make sure that ALL of my photos were transferred before he wiped my I phone 7 clean. The photos that were lost were pictures of my baby girl being born. These photos are memories that are irreplaceable. I went to talk to the store manager and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal in his eyes. He compared my situation to his own saying that he lost pictures of a funeral he attended and he had to learn how to “cope” with it. He proceeded to say that “ I guess we are to different type of people., he said “ I am a person that knows how to cope with things and it was a person that is unable to cope with things” I was blown away at the non compassionate unprofessionalism behaviors of a quote on quote a store manager. He offered me a $ 25.00 credit to my account for the loss of my memories of my wife’s and myself first born child. I asked him for his RMs contact information and he would only take mine. I have yet to be contacted by anyone. My wife and I are in total disbelief how we were treated. I will NEVER visit this location again. UNACCEPTABLE customer service.

This store has MAJOR customer service issues. I went in to figure out why my phone was freezing and shutting off. They didn't even listen to me just wanted me to get a new phone with no real answer as to why my current phone was acting up. So I got a new phone and 2 weeks later it cracked on its own so I went immediately back into that store and was told the same thing even though it was 14 days old. They either wanted me to go somewhere else or spend ANOTHER $250 to get a new phone. So I left and I called the customer service number. In calling the customer service number I discovered that the salesman, Matt, had NEVER added the insurance to my plan and that my new bill was higher then he had told me. Come to find out there is a $25 one time fee I was never told about. I wound up speaking to a supervisor during this call and he told me that I did have options and asked that I return to the store to speak with the manager about it. I went in the next morning and made an appointment with the manager, Kristen, as she wasn't in yet. I then returned for my appointment where the salesman who originally helped me began to try to help me again. I stated I had an appointment with the manager but she never came over, she even went in the back. I was once again told I had no options. That they weren't going to do anything for me at all. So I then asked Matt to go into my account and note that I did want insurance on my original purchase date so I could call the customer service line back and have my insurance problem fixed, since that is what the supervisor asked me to do. He was reluctant to even go on to my account and fix the mistake that HE MADE!! I will NEVER return to this store and I'm not sure I will be staying with AT&T much longer with how they handled this defective phone. If you are a manager you HELP customers, you don't go hide in the back when I had A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT with you! That is so unprofessional! This store needs a REAL manager clearly because they just treat customers like complete trash after you spend PLENTY of money there.

I was very pleased with my visit to this location. It was not busy, so I didn't have to wait! The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, didn't pressure me into any decision, and was friendly toward me and my children.
