Had exactly the battery I needed for Frontier FiOS box - in stock and at a fair price. Even got a 10% discount for ordering online and picking up in store! Frontier ended up switching out my box and I actually didn't need it, and Batteries Plus had no problem allowing me to return it. Awesome service!!

My battery was waiting for me when I got to the store and the guy working the counter was extremely helpful in getting it into the car and taking my old core for me.

Very clean store , the batteries were ready for pick up when I got their . The young man working very nice . I WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN .

Very helpful - helped me change the car battery right there in front of the store, including providing a different size socket I had neglected to bring.

Tried to return some bulbs I had bought that didn't fit in exchange for some bulbs that do. Guy on the counter said he didnt have the power to do anything. Ok. Called the manager the next day and told him that I was just trying to swap out bulbs that didnt fit for the right ones. They still sell these bulbs and the boxes were unopened. He said that they wouldn't return them even tho I had bought the other bulbs I needed. Freaking manager hangs up on me over the phone. Lol amazing.

Im a small business owner myself and if I treating customers like that I would be out of business.

Dont come here. Buy your stuff next door at walmart. Cheaper and the same brand and obviously better return policy.
