Was easy to order online and pick up. Customer service in the store could have been better. I asked the associate a couple questions. He cut me off before I could finish my sentence like he was in a hurry. Then I asked if he was able to check batteries? He told me yes, finished my transaction, then called over the next customer. He never offered to check my battery in question so I left.

I took my iPhone6 in about 5 months back and they guaranteed my new screen for 6 months! I should’ve purchased a new case “being on my2md screen” but didn't.  Again my Turrible iPhone case didn’t hold up.. and they pulled my warranty and fixed it for free!!! They will only fix one time in the six month period.  They did a fantastic job and I paid the money for new case. Very friendly and helpful!!!

The online purchase was simple, I got an email when it was ready to pick up very quickly, they had the battery ready to go on the counter for me. It was a great experience as far as battery purchasing experiences go, other than the GPS in my truck when looking up BPB by name it listed the address as it being on Delaware when it is actually on Oralabor road!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I needed to get my phone screen fixed but it seemed as though the workers had no idea what they were doing. They told me that they were not able to fix my phone because of how much damage was done (they said my phone was bent and it was definitely not bent!!!). Seriously such a waste of my time scheduling an appointment and driving all the way there! Unprofessional and did not even try to help me, 100% do not recommend. Ended up going to the mall and got my phone fixed at a stand!!

Gave me a grade F screen.. and said my phone was bent so they wouldn't give me a warranty. highly recommend you go elsewhere
