We were very unhappy with our experience here. Worst experience with a dealership ever. My girlfriend took her car in to have her mirror fixed that she clipped on our garage. She also asked them about running a diagnostic on her car. In the past, we have never paid for a diagnostic before and were surprised when we were charged for it. They did not explain that we would be charged. They fixed the mirror but only changed the inside of the mirror. They quoted us on a price that we thought would include a whole, brand new mirror. This was not the case. They claim that it was not changed due to "we want it to match the body paint". We were able to get them to remove the diagnostic cost, which was nice of them but in the process they found more things that were wrong. They found the mirror adjuster to not be working which led to them noticing the power supply under the driver seat was broken. This also led to the seat not being able to move. When we put the car in their care, everything was working except for what we took it in for. We know this because someone from the dealership, moved her seat because she has shorter legs, therefor the power supply was in working condition. They claim none of this is their fault and they wont us to pay for it to be fixed. We are very unhappy with the service we received here and would not recommend them to anyone. For any future car buying services, we will not be using this Ford dealership.
