Home of the 3 hour while-you-wait oil change. Consistently slow service and bad communication at the so-called “quick lane” will make you ask yourself why you keep coming back. Clearly they are very busy- which means many customers are probably satisfied here. But not convenient, fast or at all a positive experience. If you’re looking for routine maintenance, clear your calendar and bring something to do while you wait. They do have WiFi.

Took our vehicle into get it repaired as it was rear ended a few weeks ago. They said they would replace rear bumper cover if it was not repairable, but they tried to fix it and Body lines are worse now than right after accident. Was told by the manager that the tolerances are a quarter inch which is actually not true. They had it for 3 days to fix it, they painted it which it looked like a class C finish and not a class A. It felt like 80 grit sandpaper paper, that was after they said it passed their final inspection process. I could see the dirt from 10 feet away, they have horrible certified body techs. Had to bring it back so they could repaint it is what I was told, had it for over 24 hours and came to pick it up at 5:30 and they never touched it, no one called. All the did was attempt to buff it but can still see the dirt under the paint. Put after market parts on, lie to you, said I would have to find own ride when dropping off vehicle the second time even though it was their screw up. Avoid them at all cost, one of the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Dewey's response will be to call their manager to discuss issue, but damage is done and I have told lots of people not to deal with them on anything, body work, vehicle purchases as they don't care about customers.

Lying, cheating. Don't buy a 2.7 f150. No trade in value no towing power. Dealership clearly knows there is no resale value in them. Not happy! Have given them the last few months to make it right, haven't even tried. Going to take my business else where. Well my insurance company says your value is about $10,000 off. I need and oil change maybe I should come in and see what your best deal is on a real truck. Let down by sales department now let down by the service department. 2 hours to get an oil change, and was supposed to get a recall done they don't have the parts after having appointments set for 3 days. What a joke!

Casey, Nick, and Steve where excellent to talk to and deal with. Straight forward talk and made my family feel at home. We love the f350!!

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience buying my car from Dewey! Gregg was an awesome salesman and Sean was great helping with finance! They were able to help me out so I could make an awesome deal! So thankful!
