I love the Volvo I bought there. The Service department has a great hourly rate. but, they almost never answer their phone. Or when I leave a message nobody gets back to me. It's like they could care less about my business.If they would answer their phone I would have given them five stars.

I was looking for an Ford F350 for quite some time.  After having an Auto Trader account I found one from In and Out Auto.  Upon calling Troy at the dealership, he was very friendly and helpful.  Troy answered all my questions and was easy to work with.  After negotiating the price I bought the truck sight unseen.  When I arrived at the dealership four days later, the truck was even in better condition than Troy said it was.  Not only did they give the truck a full service oil change and auto detail, they hand waxed the truck. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism with the paperwork, and the speed in which they had processed it.  They made my experience an enjoyable one and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

My sister recommended this business when she learned that I was looking for a new car. These guys treated me very well, and I had a great experience with them. These guys take great exception to the cars they buy, so you know you're getting the real deal when you come here. They are professional, helpful and personable. The warranty that comes with the car is amazing, as well. Great guys. I suggest these guys to everyone I know who is looking for a new car.

After reading a few reviews I was a little apprehensive, but my mother in law saw a vehicle she liked. She is 85 years old, and went to the dealership on her own.  She thinks the "boys" at the dealership are wonderful "young men" her words. The buying process was seamless. They coordinated with her and her bank to get the paperwork and financing put together.  Great for me, I didn't have to do a thing. The Hyundai Sante Fe was an great vehicle, new tires, better shape than you would expect for a 11 year old car.  Unfortunately a grandson wrecked her car 3 weeks after we bought it.  Again Shawn at In and Out when above and beyond, helping us with the value, when the insurance company wanted to low ball us. And I could end the store now, but.  Shawn found my mother in law another Hyundai just like to one she loved. Within the last 2 months my son and another friend of ours have bought cars from Shawn, all have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE.  So as far as the bad reviews, the world is full of people that don't want to take responsibility for their own actions, and expect someone to take care of their every whim.  I believe this is a good business and recommend it the EVERYONE.

My boyfriend bought me a 2004 Audi A4 Quattro Convertible from In and Out Auto for my birthday.  The owner Troy was in on the surprise.  It was the coolest surprise ever!!!  The car is in excellent condition and drives like a dream!  I'd recommend everyone to check out their cars.  They are great people to deal with!
