Amazing experience at Imperial RV Center in Ankeny! From walking in the door and being greeted ... I came without my husband. None of the salesmen there tried to up sell me or treat me any differently being a female. They listened to our families needs and helped identify a few nice campers to bring the hubby back to check out! Denise the owner and her son in law Zach are so helpful and always take my calls as a new camper owner with questions. The financing was super smooth! Also we have had the camper a few months and like anything new you have to get a few kinks handled and their service was amazing! We were leaving town that day and they squeezed us in right at opening on Saturday and had three guys help to get us on the road quickly! First class place! Will never go anywhere else!

I bought my copper canyon camper from imperial.  Have always been happy with the treatment and friendly people. Had one issue with my refrigerator I was very unhappy about. A recall with an easy fix I took it in working, and brought it home not working. Zach called and sent out a tech to  me to fix it the same day, since I live in my camper... Thanks Zach!!!  I am glad you look after your customers.

We have bought parts and service at imperial for several years. Most recently we bought a camper. Service has always been helpful and prompt. The sales rep (Steve) was helpful, patient, and did his best to fulfill our needs. No high pressure tactics, no B.S.

We were long time customers and felt we got a good deal on our camper . Everyone very polite and courteous but 3 different times our Service experience was very bad. Honestly , it was terrible. They just completely messed our problem up! On 3 different problems. I really hope they get it together. We had enough and found another place.  This was 3 different times over the course of 2-3 years. I can name the problems specifically. What got me was there was no apology....ever. They did get two done right eventually , the 3rd , a leaking septic tank was replaced under warranty , then taken back due to smell and finally we gave up due to continuing smell/leak. I am only saying this because if I had this many problems then it had to happen to others. There is a service problem !! I believe due to the seasonal situation , alot of camper places have these problems. Hard to get and keep quality people. We have seen this at other places. Camping is growing folks....they all need to get a handle on this problem.

Friendly staff. Very helpful as we were first time buyers. Recommend to anyone who is looking to buy. Met the owner and she was nice and helpful.
