Very professional and great attitudes. From the front desk to the time I walked out everyone was so friendly. Dr. Bay was very genuine and compassionate. His team worked like a well oiled machine. Would recommend them.
Dr. Bay, nurse Tony, Larry, Nicole and anesthesiologist Michael were very professional and just an overall excellent team. From the appointment makers, to the follow up crew, they were all exceptional. A great experience, friendly and professional, couldn't be more pleased.
I have seen many Dr.s in my life and Dr. Bay is up there with the best. He is solution oriented, actually listens to you, is interested in discussing your options with you and getting YOUR feedback. You can tell Dr. Bay has not lost the calling that brought him to medicine to begin with unlike many of his counterparts. I am glad to have him as a Dr.
Dr. Bay was absolutely wonderful! He listened to me, took his time, reviewed my files and provided me with great insight. I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend.
Dr. Bay was very kind and professional. He answered all my questions, and made me feel like I was in good hands. His nursing staff was also exemplary.
Dr. Bay has been great. He figured out what was causing my issues and has me feeling better than I have in the past 10 years. If you have GI issues, I highly recommend him.
I met Dr. Bay for the first time on a video call—a consultation call regarding a procedure. I found him to be very thorough, an excellent listener, and most professional. He was careful to make sure that he addressed all my questions and he was quite open to discussing various options. I was most grateful for his time and his expertise.
The staff is very attentive, proficient, friendly, and have a sense of humor. Dr Bay is a great guy. Always thorough in explaining results. I see him approx every 3 months for the last 3 years….obviously I think very highly of him and his abilities.
Very pleased with the care and the excellent patient service by the entire staff at Southwest Gastroenterologist. Dr. Bay was very professional and explained everything. The entire experience was outstanding and pain free. Great facilities and wonderful staff.
EXTREMELY professional staff at this clinic from the very beginning to the very end. They make it as simple and as enjoyable as this experience can be. I would be more than willing to have all of my procedures done at this location with this staff. ALL of them are top notch!! Thanks, Tim
