If I could give 0 starts I would, Dr. Montoya is great I saw him about 4 years ago. However, when I called to set up an apt the lady who answered was extremely rude and bitter. She said I was no longer a patient because I no showed a couple times back in 2013. I never received a notice via mail or anything. I understand offices have a protocol but she didn't have to be rude and she didn't even express sympathy whatsoever. I called back to get her name and of course she ignored my call and it went to their voicemail. I wish I had got her name but she was the most bitter unhappy person I've ever spoke with. It doesn't make Dr. Montoya look good at all. Horrible front office staff! Ill find another office. Thanks! :)

Dr. Ortiz took the time to listen to me. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and wanted to help. I even recommended him to my brother. My brother thought the same thing I did. If you are looking for a amazing doctor look no further. The staff is wonderful. They were super fast at getting me a appointment with a specialist. Dr. Ortiz is a class act and his staff are super stars.

Doctor is kind and knowledgeable, but receptionist was incredibly rude and curt. Not the best first impression.

Dr. Montoya is very thorough & listens well. He takes excellent care of his patients & cares about those he treats. He sees you on time & is very knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Montoya. He is an excellent Doctor.
