A lot is said about a doctor when his staff is rude and inexperienced. If a doctor doesn't take the time know who is answering the phones and managing his office, I would say that is a foresight into his treatment capabilities. Every time I call, the receptionist sounds highly medicated and doesn't answer the phone as a professional would considering again it is a medical office. Also the office manager speaks to you as if she knows what she is doing and talks down to you, lecturing people who have way more experience and knowledge than herself. Obviously she doesn't take time to train her staff because she said the exact opposite of what her staff had informed me. I even asked to speak with doctor and I was told no, I go through her. Dr. Pichler you should hire more intelligent and ethical employees.

My family and I have been using Dr Pichler for 30+ years. Positive, supportive, professional, caring. We recommend him to all we know.

I've been going to the Dr. for 10 years he has always been concerned and willing to take care of my issues. He is not a hand holder. He is direct and to the point which I appreciate .

I have been a patient of Dr. Pichler's since 2001. He has always treated me kindly and with respect. When I had an illness he couldn't diagnose he sent me to different specialists until I was diagnosed properly. I trust him with my life. His partner, Dr. Blacksten is also a wonderful doctor. The staff is wonderful.
