My wife was a patient of this doctor for a brief time. Her purpose in going to this doctor was to establish a relationship with a primary physician so she could get a referral to a back orthopedic and possibly a referral to a physical therapy clinic. This doctors answer to her request was to issue narcotics for a month and see how she did. It took this doctor three months to give her a referral for an mri, and a referral to a back orthopedic. He advised her that her orthopedic appointment was scheduled for 08/09/2017 (today). When she called to verify the appointment they told her that the doctor had never sent the referral which was over four months ago. This doctor is an absolute con man, and completely disregards any patients that come to him with legitimate issues. This doctor has built his reputation off giving out narcotics like candy which explains why his office is always packed with drug addicts. If you make an appointment with this doctor plan on making a whole day of it. He usually doesn't get to the office until 10 or 11 in the morning and by that time the junkies are already lined up waiting for their refills so the chance of being seen on a walk in is slim. This doctor has been issuing out prescriptions in bulk for many years which explains why the volume of patients is so high in that office, however he only caters to people who are chemically dependent on some type of narcotic and require a monthly supply which guarantees his monthly income. Lately there has been a lot of stories prescription opiate addiction in this state and I have heard that their have been a lot more regulations being put on doctors like this one. That being said, issuing pain medication is his only treatment for his patients which tells me that it is completely pointless to go see him for anything now. Save yourself the time and trouble and steer clear of this man. It is only a matter of time before he has his license taken and is facing charges for malpractice.

I had an appointment at 1:45. I didn't get my "vitals" done until 2:45. There is 1 doctor with a lobby full of patients. Seems the work load is a bit too much for him to actually give good care and actually listen and understand what his patients need. The front desk staff are rude also! This place is ghetto and not worth the wait to only see the doctor for 5 min max.

Dr. Samir kassicieh has been my primary doctor since about 4 years now and has been a doctor of choice for my entire family for about 25 years. He is very kind, honest , knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure that the patient is completely taken care of... I actually take him as family , never ever had a bad experience.... All of his staff are sweethearts aswell whenever I come in I'm greeted by first name like I'm walking in to a family members house..... the wait time can get a bit long but that's just cause he's a busy guy..... I love you Samir kassicieh, Ramona, Selena and Mahmoud...... best Healthcare facility in the west coast......

Dr. Samir is very knowledgeable abd gives great advice. But the wait time is ridiculous. I had my appt at 4:55pm (8/16/17) and now at 7:20pm I have been put into a room to be seen. I am still waiting but I probably womt been seen for another 45mins. This is the worse visit or service I've ever had.
