5 stars for Jolene. She didn't help me, but was working with a VERY difficult patient who was making everyone in the lobby uncomfortable. This dude was yelling at her (first, for him being late to his own appointment and second, for something she had no control over) for like 30 minutes straight and she was SO polite the entire time. Bless that woman for being so patient. She ended up getting him to see his doctor, didn't lose her temper, and then checked up on all of the other guests in the lobby because some were visibly upset by this man. Also, the lady at the front desk was very informative and helpful! The staff is great at this place.

From the time you enter the front door until the time you leave, the staff and doctors treat you like you are the most important thing in their day. I had some very severe eye issues but they are all kind and caring. That kind of environment imminates from the top and carries through the ranks and shows that Southwest Eyecare is a quality company. I will never go anywhere else.

Excellent staff; very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Doctors are very professional, helpful, and knowledgable. I have worn glasses for over 50 years, and now, after my cataract surgery by Dr. Sanchez, I can drive and read books without glasses.

In early August I made an appointment for my wife here. I wrote down the time, address and details when I was finished in my online calendar. My wife and I were in a car accident and she was still suffering pain. When it was time for the appointment, I took off work early and drove my wife to the doctor, because she is still uncomfortable driving. Once there the first attendant didn't find our appointment. Then the manager, Jacqueline tried to find our appointment. Neither could find it and then she decided to make me feel like maybe I made the appointment somewhere else, like it could not be their fault. You know, just for shts and giiggles I decided to tell my wife we had an appointment at this place, took off of work and became a pain in the x to a doctor's office. I thought she was rude and whatever word is ruder. Go somewhere else.

I just had my latest eye procedure done. This was a laser procedure (capsulotomy) on my eye to remove build up on my lens capsule after previous cataract surgery. This procedure was a complete success. It was painless and took less the 5 minutes to perform. I have to add that I’ve been a patient at Southwest Eyecare for over 10 years and I had several other intricate eye procedures done with complete success - cataracts, torn retina, and treatment for floaters. Dr. Beaudette and Dr. Saxe did the procedures and they are by far the top physicians in their fields. I must also mention I am a Private Pilot and the FAA accepted the procedures I had done and I continue to pass my FAA eye exams. I do wear glasses for reading, but I have the eyes of an eagle to fly and do my day-to-day activities. Their entire staff are professional and the friendliest you will find. I can’t recommend Southwest Eyecare more to anyone for all their eye care needs.
