I never write these kind of reviews, and still feel a little out of place doing so considering this hotel has a 4 star google review (surprisingly). The hotel itself was very nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Those were the only pros. Upon arriving 2 hours after our 3 p.m. check in time, we stood in line behind a couple people for about 15 minutes even though there were two people behind the counter, one of which wasn't doing much of anything. When it's finally our turn in line the woman behind the desk seemed to not really know what was going on and asked us if we could wait 25 minutes for them to clean our room. We booked this room 2 months ago and already 2 hours past check in time. We said no, we couldn't wait so they moved us to a different room. While taking a shower, I realized there weren't enough towels in our room. We asked for 1 more towel and were told they didn't have any more available and would bring us some when they were washed (they never came back with them). Aside from that, the breakfast was cold and honestly disgusting, the waffle maker fell down and almost hurt the lady using it. We really wished there was a mirror in the room as well, most hotels have at least one outside of the bathroom in case someone needs to get ready while someone else is using the restroom. Overall the experience was pretty horrible and we will definitely not be staying at this location again.

As a sales manager, my territory is coast to coast USA and Canada. So, I've stayed at a few hotels. This hotel has a very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I only stayed 1 night passing through, but I would definitely stay here again. Posted 4-30-2018

We attended a party here. The attendant for the pool was the receptionist at the counter. This lady was very good at her job. She kept towels provided and also kept the floor mopped up while the kids kept leaving pool and either going to the room or the public restroom. The young lady told me she was 18 and I was super impressed. I wish all 18 yr olds were that responsible. Also, would like to brag on the manager. She has really stepped up the game. Usually when we have stayed here or came to attend a party that has been held here for four years now the pool is freezing. Now it has a heater. I recommend staying here. Even the prices are competitive with near by hotels.

This hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean and was very well maintained. Great breakfast and enjoyed the pool too. The staff was very helpful. Location was good close to interstate and restaurants. Would stay there again when back in the area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Great breakfast staff with a good breakfast. They seem to know the area. Minor damage had been done to the room which they had scheduled to take care of. They were very agreeable to corrective criticism. They had a happy hour at the bar.
