This is a DUMP!! The first thing we noticed was the air conditioner didn't work and we were told there weren't any more rooms. We were traveling and was very tired so we decided to just open the window. After we decided to stay we went back upstairs only to see that the room had a musty smell, the hall reaped of the smell of smoke, and the bedding was very nasty. There weren't any blankets on the bed and the ones in the closet looked as if they hadn't been washed in weeks. Omg and the bathroom was the Worst! The toilet was very nasty and the bath tub looked like someone had walked in/on it with shoes on. And the breakfast lady didn't use gloves and every time I saw her she had a spray bottle and towels but she wasn't in the breakfast area. This place needs to be condemned!! We have stayed at other Baymont hotels before and this most certainly doesn't hold up to that name!! Just a piece of garbage!!

My car was towed from the parking lot of the hotel due to the fact they saw me get out the car and walk across the street... at the time I was staying at the hotel and I was in the process of moving into my new apartment across the street from the hotel... they told me I needed some piece of paper in the window in which I heard nothing about during my stay.... now that I live across the street I repeatedly see people from my complex parking in the hotel parking lot and their cars are untouched ... I just want to know how that is...... the hotel is also very filthy including the pool filled with urine I will never as long as I live spend another penny at this hotel

Fitness room was out of order as were the ice machines. It wasn't a bad stay per say, but many of the usual amenities were unavailable

I traveled to the Chicago area for a peaceful weekend getaway. Upon arrival I couldn't find any hotels available. This was the nastiest hotel/motel I have EVER stayed in. The wall had exposed electrical sockets and the floor had a hole. There was some type of "white" power lining the walls (I didn't know if it was anthrax, boric acid or what). There wasn't even a blanket on the bed and when asked about it, I was directed to the corner of the room where it looked like they had been balled up and thrown there. The sheets were dingy, the shower was dirty and nasty that had hair in it causing me to put a towel down just to shower. They made feel like a criminal just to iron (which the ironing board rack was falling of the wall). It also appears like they have bed bugs, because my husband had bites all up his back and arms. If there was a ZERO rating they would be first in line. This was WORST experience I have EVER had at a low class OVER price hotel. They do not live up to the Baymont Inn name. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR STRAY RECUE.
