Went to HOM/Dock 86 looking for a sectional couch. André listened too our needs/wishes and was very helpful and attentive in drawing up prices for "build your own sectionals". We ended up finding a floor model that has motorized footrests but was missing one power chord. André was able to get a replacement chord sent to our home just one business day after the couch was delivered. Would definitely go back to HOM/Dock 86 for future furniture purchases.

We have had nothing but good experiences at HOM. We found two runners and a throw rug for our dining area at HOM that we just love. We probably would have purchased more on our way through the store on the Dock 86 side, but what we liked that was on sale had to be put together at home. My hubby says that's just one of the many things he's retired from and will not put things together. We did, however, get exactly what we wanted and Amanda was excellent with customer service in the HOM carpeting department. AND we hit a sale day!!! (I did just "have to have" two candles and a beautiful pillow.)

Everyone was really nice, until we went I to the rug section. There was 3 sales people by the desk. I waved at one to let him know we were ready, he just turned around and walked the other way. So I walked over to the desk and had to go get a sales person myself. I thought that was rude. He could have just let the other sales man know that I was trying to get help. They didn't have the rugs in stock that I wanted to purchase. I asked if we could just buy the ones off the rack. Because we are not from here, so we can't come back and pick it up if they ordered it. The sales guy was very adamant about not selling them to me.  I was very disappointed in the rug sales department. But the bed sales guy cheered me back up. When we bought a bed.

I have made two purchases there in the last couple years. A $3000 L couch, which at first we loved. But within that first year it has gone limp, cushions  and the pillows. I have just recently ordered a wooden staircase for my sons bunkbed. My advice to anybody, don't listen to a word their salesman tells you. It has taken much longer than they anticipated to get in, and more so the man said they would call me when the item got in and they did not so it sat there even longer as I was waiting for a phone call. Piss poor customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere for now on. Also some cracked wood in the furniture. Overall extremely disappointed

Right from jump the sales person we had was cool. Not too mention fresh baked cookies come on! It's a yes from me dawg lol!

3 guys pulled up in a Hom Furniture truck.
Good sign. 
They called & actually wanted to see if I would like them to come early, which I did so that was a plus. 
They knew to take off shoes.
One guy went into the room figured everything out. 2 guys hauled up the furniture. They assembled. Had me take a look at what they did. Then walked me through what they did signed and they all said goodbye, called me ma'am.  They were great!
