Todd K was super helpful! I had purchased a sofa and ended up not being happy with it. He was so accommodating and helpful with exchanging and selecting a new sofa. I would highly recommend him! Great customer service, and overall experience!

We always have a great time browsing the huge store, and connecting with the knowledgeable staff. Lots of items go on our list, so we can budget for them. The house that is build and furnished, inside the store, is wonderful to go thru, and imagine what our future home could be like.

This is a complete store. Has all price ranges covered. They offer a free child drop-off area with staff to watch them during your shopping experience.  Has a decent cafeteria.  Awesome clearance area with plenty of quality merchandise.  Sakes staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part is they will not hound you or stalk you whole shopping. Great financing options if needed. The delivery options are good also and again staff is very professional. Easy access to distribution center and we'll organized. Very good experience all around with them. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.

We found furniture that was not shown anywhere else. The price was great and they delivered a month earlier than expected. I would recommend Kelly and Becker Furniture World to anyone.
