You get what you pay for. Staff have been pleasant and helpful. We had a queen size bed with 2 flat pillows which sucked. No hairdryer in the room! Laundry room with coin laundry but no on grounds way to purchase laundry soap. We stayed ocean front on first floor, hand to hold breath from parking lot to room because the carpet smells like old dog urine. Location great. Bring your own coffee, filters and coffee cups, only thing provided is the coffee pot. Surface was clean but sure needs a DEEP DEEP cleaning.

It was a good overnight stay, overlooking the beach, nice view, close to pier, they give you 20% coupon to use at Pier. The kitchenettes come in handy, all the dishes, glassware, pots, pans you need. Liked the Jacuzzi tub, nice and big. The beds were OK, not too soft. There was some improvements they could make in rooms to tiles etc. The staff at front desk very friendly, and very helpful. Nice little pool and kiddie pool out front, It was a good convenient place to stay for the price for us for one night

The hotel is a bit run down and needs a good cleaning. We stayed in room 213 which was ocean view with balcony. The room smelt like cigarettes and deodorizer but didn’t expect it to smell great. We brought our large dog which was awesome. The view was great. The kitchen area was newly remodeled along with the tables in the room but the chairs were old. The bathroom was definitely in need of renovation. The shower sprayed you in the crotch and wouldn’t turn to bath mode. Plus there was water under the tub making it bubble. We saw one lonely tiny roach in the bathroom. The staff were really nice. I mean I only paid about $60 a night for ocean view and beach access can’t really complain. It did suck that our neighbors were a bunch of teens that kept screaming and partying all night though. But yeah Myrtle beach hah. The pools were nice but were basically hogged by a ton of unsupervised children including the hot tub. Overall was expecting a lot worse.

By far for the location and the price the Bermuda Sam's is a great deal for the money. Also the pool is much cleaner and a much more well kept then some of your more expensive hotels but again that there for the location you cannot beat the price. The staff is extremely friendly, And was very willing to help answer any questions that we had. If I had to say a anything negative about the motel I say it very lightly and that it would just be the tubs are little small and the elevators are a little small also but there again that's very easy to look over look for the price in the location and the cleanly Nas

The people are super friendly here and they don't have restrictions on the size or breed of your dogs!! The view is amazing from our room!! Overall it's not a bad hotel, although it could be a little cleaner, there aren't but a few pots in the efficiency rooms and the beds are not comfortable at all. I truly think with a few upgrades and more cleanliness that this could be a 5 star hotel! The price is pretty reasonable as well!!
