They charged me at check-in. All other hotels I have stayed at have always charged me during the last night. Drug infested hotel! The ramps to the top two parking decks are at least a 30% grade. At the top of the ramp to the third deck has rebar sticking out of the concrete. There is not enough parking for half the rooms at the hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and on the picture on the wall above the bed, the picture was also coming apart from the frame. The sliding glass door to the porch had a gap that was about two inches, on the bottom. The gap let cigarette and weed smoke into the room the whole trip. Couldn't leave the sliding glass door open to hear the ocean at night. The one night we did the smoke smell filled the room and choked my husband and he couldn't sleep. The porch is separating from the building. The porch light was on ALL night long and so bright it seemed like day time no matter what time it was. The building is falling apart and should be condemned. There are stress cracks in the concrete. The view was wonderful, it was an ocean front. Maid service came every day and if we were in the room and refused we had to initial by our name.

I wish there was a negative star option and I also wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. Please don't make the same mistake! I chose this establishment based on photos, price and location as shown on the website. I booked an Oceanfront Tower room but was sent to a bottom floor interior upon arrival. The front desk associate was helpful and changed our room quickly. Upon entering the room we discovered it was an absolute nightmare! The room was filthy and looked as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. There was hair between the sheet and mattress pad, a dirty washcloth in the shower, the toilet ran nonstop and my boyfriend had to fix it so it would flush, the cabinet doors were coming off, dirt and hair in the kitchen drawers, there was what I can only assume a rolled-up Band-Aid under one of the beds and my feet were black from walking on the carpet.The only reason we did not go to another hotel was because we had been on the road for over 17 hours and honestly were physically exhausted and did not feel like going through the hassle of changing hotels. "Hotel from Hell" indeed!

NO STARS. Staff was rude and unpleasant. Roaches and bed bugs were everywhere. Don’t go here if you’re white, you will not be accommodated. You will basically be ignored. I chose this motel because it was so cheap. I wanted to leave but there was no refund, which is not in their policy online. Basically it’s a big scam. There are a bunch of extra fees that you are not made aware of until AFTER you are already checked in. HUGE SCAM.

Even though there was a lot of bad reviews after the fact that I booked the hotel. We wanted up having really good customer service while checking in. The cleaning staff were very friendly. We stayed in room 214 and it actually was right in front of the pool and it was really nice.The only negative thing was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. But a little febreeze and not that bad. The room was overall clean. Everything is outdated and can use some remodeling. But overall, it was cheap and worth the money.

Ocean front room with amazing view. Extremely friendly staff and housekeeping everyday. Clean room with comfy beds. And its really nice to be able to cook. Water pressure great and extremely hot water. Actually its worth the stay.
