I've found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hot tub is great but, there is no heated pools as they advertise. The rooms I've stayed in where clean and I've never had issues of any kind. It would be really great to see more care go into the entire grounds from exterior to interior and they do need someone that actually cleans the hot tub out because it is always full of sand. Overall good place but, needs some TLC.

The registration is blocks away from the hotels. During registration they don't tell you that they own four blocks of hotel and you can visit all of hotels. We asked for a cart several times. Never got one. We had to carry bags for 5 people for 6days to & from  the 8th floor. The rooms were clean. No towels at the pool but housekeeping was quick about bringing new ones each time

Horrible! Do not stay here. They had no king suites available so we booked a room with 2 queens. They were only full size beds! (And terribly uncomfortable). The room smelled like paint and mold. Everything in the room was outdated. Looked nothing like the pics online. Every time you walked through the halls it reeked like cigarettes and weed. We ended up cutting our trip short because we couldn’t stand to stay another night!

It was not a good experience rooms had sand all over floor in beds, bathroom not that clean looking  at all!! The air conditioner never stopped running!!  When you
Went to the pool  it was nasty 🤢 
had hair on in it and that was the inside pool!! And don’t give them your credit card number to hold because they will add more charges on to you when you get home they my!! And when I left the office I Ask did I owe anything else 
They said it was all paid for when I made reservations with the 800 number and I left and cleaned the room better than when I left it!!! DO NOT STAY AT SEA MIST MOTEL!’

Very simple process to register and check out. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. The scenery was amazing. Just like the ad says there are no hidden fees or deposits. Whatever price you are told that's all you spend. I definitely will be going back. My suggestion is to go in the summer time to be able to get full access to all the resort has to offer for entertainment. It seems some things are closed down in the winter months.
