I also can't believe the negative reviews, maybe I have been fortunate, but as much as I have shopped there I can't believe its just luck, I believe overall they do a good job. Yes I have had to wait to speak to an associate because they are occupied talking to other customers and it sometimes takes awhile but that's why people go to Best Buy, because the staff or knowledgeable and looking at you not "chatting" or talking to you from a call center. Where else can you take your product back to if there is an issue and have it taken care of right then and explained while you're in the store??? And on more than one occasion I have been told politely that I was wrong and told why and what was correct not just someone saying what they thought I wanted to hear. Honesty from a retailer, what a concept.

I loved the staff at this particular store. I've been going there for about 4 years now. The staff has always taken care of me with advice on new products, problems with purchases, or just updating equipment. I love this Best Buy!

I've never had a bad experience here. I find the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I've never had to search for someone to help me and I am greeted by every staff member I meet.

I used to love Best Buy but the terrible service at this location has inspired me to switch over to Amazon. Today, I bought $250 worth of electronics and accessories online for in-store pickup. After speaking to their customer service rep, my purchase is still stuck in the store's pickup area, because I accidentally left the credit card that I made the purchase with at work. However, even though I didn't have that I did have the confirmation email for the purchase on my phone, my id and two other credit cards on hand. But instead of trying to help me transfer the purchase from the old card to a new card, he vaguely inferred I was trying to commit credit card fraud, then informed me the products "would still be available for pick up next week". Thank you kind sir, but honestly why should I waste time coming to your store, when I'm treated poorly, and not getting the products I already purchased. Amazon is cheaper, easier, and a better overall experience. I'm literally applying for a full refund from Best Buy after this review. Then purchasing the exact same order on Amazon. I recommend everyone else consider doing the same. Congratulations, Best Buy you've lost another customer.

I walked in to pick up an item that was listed on their website for $130. When in the store I noticed the item was $160. I asked for a price match and was informed "we are not doing any price matches this weekend". I informed them it was against their own website and they still insisted they could not price match it. What a terrible business decision.
