My PC was riddled with viruses, and finally crashed. I was impressed from the onset in doing business with these folks. The turnaround time was great, especially since a part had to be ordered. Phone contact/communication was great, customer service was superb, and the Tech that fixed my PC was very knowledgeable, and professional. My future PC repairs/needs will definitely be handled by Martinsville Electronics. Thank you!

Horrible experience! Took my Mac to repair, held it for weeks only to tell me that they can't repair it. Oh and charged me for "trying" to repair it. Update in response to technician's comment: When you called practically demanding I remove my review, I said I would updated, not fix it. Your tone, indifference to the fact that my child was crying in the background and I couldn't stay on the phone, and insistence that you were right and I was wrong only confirm my original review, especially of your customer service, if not any other business practices. I wish I kept track of when what happened, but I don't have that kind of time, which is why I chose to see you guys as apposed to driving to Greensboro. Yes, I requested the estimate after speaking to my insurance company and received it. Yes, you gave me a loner, but I wouldn't have had to requested it if the process took just a couple of days like you claim. It wasn't a couple of days. And my tech guys at work can vouch for this because I voiced my frustration for weeks. Yes, you gave me a loner, which was password protected and I couldn't access it and no one was ever available when i called. The ironic thing is that I wouldn't have even bothered with the review had it not been for your customer service. Months since our interection I called your business to see if you could erase a hard drive and what it would cost. In response, the lady on the other end, your customer service representative, snapped "we don't take parts!" I never asked if you bought/took/etc. parts. It is that experience, more than the original interaction with your business that led me to leave the review. For a small town business, where personal interaction and customer service make or break your bottom line, instead of belligerently insisting I "fix" my review, maybe you could consider fixing your approach to customer service.

This place has had my computer since February. No phone call, nothing to tell me anything. Every time that I call the lady keeps saying no one is there. The technician is out. EDIT: I have finally gotten my computer returned today. And even though it was a frustrating situation but I do appreciate them finding a resolution for the problem. And I hope they continue to have success in the future.
