The staff at this store has always been quick to help answer questions. Their help with making buying decisions has resulted in purchases that we have been very pleased with. Geek squad installs done at our home were quick, informative, and the guys were always easy going. These folks seem passionate about what they were doing. We appreciate that!

Best Buy has any and all your electronic needs. They have all the latest gadgets. The employees are very knowledgeable about the area they work. There is also a Geek Squad in the store to fix most problems you have.

I bought an item m I bought an item on December 24 and they put the same item on sale for $10 less on 1/7. I took both my receipt from my purchase and proof of the sale into the store today. After waiting in line in there customer service area I was told that I only had 14 days from my date of purchase to be eligible for the price match guarantee even though it was two weeks between my purchase and the price sale. They also told me that if I had brought the information back in on January 7th I would have gotten the difference back. I had looked online and read that I had to return to the store to get the difference. I also had two receipts of items I had purchased as a guest and was going to get rewards credit for those and they told me I couldn't do it in the store in their customer service line either. I haven't had a lot of good experiences with Best Buy. Too bad they are the only game in town. But I will consider seriously shopping at other establishments before making any more purchases at Best Buy.

This Best Buy store #158 is a complete and utter disgrace. No one is capable of helping, basically useless. I have called and have asked to speak with the manager- Rip Van Winkle of the Geek Squad and no one has taken time off their day to help. The workers should know that they only have a job thanks to their customers, if they didn't have customers then they would be jobless. I hope they can take time to help customers not watching them when they enter and exit the store as if the customers were robbers. All they basically do is watch people to make sure they don't steal anything but don't pay attention to when their customers actually need help.

Great store. The employees work to find products that fit your needs. Election is good and if not in stock you can get the items shipped free.
