Bought an appliance there, a Samsung dishwasher.  It's a piece of junk!!!!  Just found out you have 30 days to return and I just missed it.  I did not give the guy a budget and I knew absolutely nothing about dish washers so I assumed they all worked well.  I wish there staff had knowledge enough to tell me more about their selection and which one would be a good fit for me.  Not enough product knowledge by staff.  The store was empty, help would have been appreciated cause now I'm stuck with junk.

Good prices delivery of appliances really suck I would suggest only to buy what you carry out.

They have good prices on the items that they carry, but they just don't have much selection.  Now that it is more of a furniture store, there is really no reason to shop here anymore.  Sad to see that management has taken the wrong turn.

Ugh. I don't even know where to start. First of all, it's exceedingly difficult to get someone on the phone. Tried to call just now to complain that my brand new fridge - just installed this morning - is making a very loud buzzing noise. Someone transferred me to my sales person (who seems to be heavily sedated), he transferred me to the delivery center (???), and the also apparently sedated woman there said she would have to set up a service call but they probably wouldn't' be able to come out until next week.  Meanwhile, I'm having people over tomorrow and it sounds like someone is running a weed whacker in my kitchen.  Trying to call the sales person back right now and have been on hold for 7 minutes so far. Delightful. 

Don't do it. Go anywhere else.
