Poor customer service. Yesterday i walked in and most sales people were lounging on sofa sets and did not offer to help me. I left and bought the item at another store. As i was walking out someone said. Did u need help. I replied i did but not now.  Really?  I have been dedicated to this store and spent thousands there. I will now take business somewhere else

I would like to say that the help I had in the store was great however once I had bought my appliances it went downhill quick. If you need anything delivered stay far away from them.  I bought four items two of which could be installed one day since the delivery team could deliver and second set of stuff another day since required install. I missed the call relating to my install for the first day I called the number back never could get through to them and had no idea when my stuff would arrived I call the store and got transferred and was not greeted by not happy manager I'm guessing since i was rudely talked to. However my stuff the first day was install no issues the second day however the installers picked up one item and not the other since the delivery team had grabbed it. So my item was installed and they left then I was left with an appliance in my house that showed up later.   I called the company over and over and was finally told that they would try to get my stuff installed Saturday but had to reach out the installers and would get a call back. You guessed it never got a call back I called them back and was told they were working the issue never heard anything back. I repeatedly told them that I started a new job Monday and would not be available for deliver hence why I set the days for install  the week of.  They understood and would try to make sure it was done Saturday. Sunday comes along and I get a call talking about my install for that Monday never once got a call from the manager again and never once got a call asking  me if Monday was okay.

Recently moved from KY to NC and needed a washer/dryer ASAP. We walked in and walked out in about 30 minutes with exactly what we wanted for a good price. Pat Harper helped us with the sale he was very helpful and had no problem getting down to business which I appreciate with the time crunch. 

We only waited 4 days for delivery and the delivery men were in and out in 20 minutes, very polite and knowledgeable. Good experience.

Extremely displeased in the customer service and warranty I PAID FOR! Bought a washing machine and the 3 year warranty and they can not send anyone out here to fix it. They have said on 2 different occassions that a service tech is coming out to inspect my washing machine. And both times no one showed up. Now I am being completely IGNORED on getting any help with this product! HH Gregg  is crap!!

Awful Customer service, had to send a refrigerator back due to wrong information given by sales person. Bought a washer and dryer same day , and they "forgot" to schedule the delivery, had to wait an additional 4days to have it delivered, then when they delivered it they only had one size cord to hook it up, had to go all the way to the store to purchase a longer cord.  No emphasis on customer service or convience at all! Will never shop here again!
